I decided (and honestly felt called to it spiritually), as a human being and a survivor of 15+ years of various types of abuse and experiencing various dysfunctional family dynamics, that I wanted to help/guide/coach other people in their recovery process while also help them create and maintain healthy relationships around them. I’m in my own recovery as well so I know that this can be both an enlightening and uplifting experience for both you and I. Like the saying goes: “Healed People, Heal People.”

I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Healthcare Informatics, and I’m a Certified Life and Relationship Coach! Born in Ohio but being raised in a small town in PA, I decided to move to GA 6+ years ago on a fresh start. Since then, my life has been a healing experience as well as a growing experience.

I’m a lover of culture, a lover and ally of all human beings, a foodie, and I love to travel to new places! I’m immensely grateful that you’re here and hopefully there’s something here for you to love also! Enjoy! :)
