As a Parentified Eldest Daughter and survivor of 15+ years of abuse and dysfunctional family dynamics, I mentor others through their recovery while helping them build and maintain healthy relationships. I’m in my own recovery too, so I understand this journey firsthand.

I’m a Certified Life & Relationship Coach. I also have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a Master’s in Healthcare Informatics. Born in Ohio but being raised in a small town in PA, I decided to move to GA 6+ years ago on a fresh start. Since then, my life has been a mix of healing and growing experiences!

I love exploring food, exploring new places, and I have a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Love is love and I’m ally of all human beings (LGBTQIA+). I’m immensely grateful that you’re here and I’m sure there’s something here for you to love also. Enjoy! :)
